Fresca on Fillmore Street is innovating Peruvian cuisine as we speak. They aim to offer a traditional rendition of Peruvian gourmet cuisine with an innovating gastronomic approach. Their dishes still give offer a Peruvian tasting experience, however head chefs and couple Julio and Zoila Calvo-Perez infuse Asian and Californian flavors as well. Fresca’s sheik inner design will allow guest to eat in a beautiful atmosphere. Their granite top bar/eating area complements their rustic colored walls and scheme.
