For those who are looking for fresh frozen yogurt creations that are only made from with organic ingredients, Fraiche is the place. Patama Roj and Jessica Gilmartin, co-owners of this establishment, wanted to make mouth –watering dishes with only natural, local ingredients. After traveling together in Europe, they were amazed with European yogurt. But they were mostly amazed how thick, creamy, milky, and indulgent it was in its plain form. So after their travels, they created Fraiche to bring what they taste in European stateside, providing Americans a different side of yogurt.
