Title: North Beach Favorite for Good Reason
Review: I have dined at E' Tutto Qua several times since it opened in 2007. As I live in the neighborhood and was born in Italy, it has become a favorite place that always makes me feel comfortable and at home. It is a lovely old bank building with a high ceiling and lots of windows. But the real reason I love this place is the FOOD! They serve dishes prepared like I remember in Italy. Not overly spiced or drowning in sauce, just fresh quality ingredients made into creative dishes that never cease to impress me. You can tell that the pasta was made from scratch, wonderful pappardelle and tonnarelli. I love fish and seafood and their menu is full of great dishes like the Spaghetti Neri, a squid ink pasta with fresh mussels, clams and shrimp. They also do a wonderful appetizer of sea scallops topped with porcini mushrooms and truffle oil...delicious. The thin crusted pizza is the best I have found in San Francisco. I took some visiting friends last week and they are still raving about the roaste ... Full Review
